Refund Policy and Conditions

Software sold via Electronic Software Distribution (ESD) is subject to different guidelines than that sold in a box.

The main benefit of electronically-distributed software is that the functionality and features within Hound Tracker can be experienced and tested prior to purchasing a subscription.

If you still have questions about Hound Tracker while using the trial version, please contact us before purchasing a full licence.

At the sole discretion of Hound Analytics Pty Ltd (“Hound Analytics”), we will refund the purchase price for orders which fall into the following categories:

  • The product has been proven to be defective by Hound Analytics’ technical support department.
  • Duplicate orders that have only been made via the Hound Analytics online store.

We will only offer a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To receive a refund for an electronically downloaded product, contact us and provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Receipt number
  • Date
  • Subscription details
  • The reason for the return.

If we need additional information, you will be contacted by email by a Hound Analytics support staff member. Upon approval of a refund you will be asked to sign and return a Letter of Software Destruction which will be provided by our support staff and your licence will be deactivated.
